The hotel location I found to be excellent. It was very close to two different subway stations. There were multiple palaces within walking distance. The hotel also included an electric kettle. I found this made making my simple instant coffee very doable.
Pillows in the bedroom felt awful. I found they were too flat. I could not get a good night's sleep because of the pillow. The keycard kept getting deactivated. I was not supposed to have magnets or phones near the keycard.

the suite was really spacious and clean. i found amenities for the kitchen and appreciated the included tv and wifi. insadong street and the subway were only a one-minute walk away. i thought the location was awesome!!!
there were only five pillows provided in my apartment and when i asked for extras, as i was travelling with children, i received only four lumpy pillows.

the female receptionists were polite. the cleaning staff were really friendly and provided generous bottled mineral water. i did not experience any issues, and all my requests were handled efficiently.

the gym had good equipment. the hotel provides replacement of towels and bed linen. the location is close to metro stations, allowing easy travel around the city. the breakfast filling seemed very adequate.

The unit included a washing and drying unit and a well-equipped kitchen. it had everything my family needed. the style felt modern and simple. i especially liked the location which is close to many attractions and public transport. We were able to check in early and store our bags (that was very convenient!).
I noticed some wear and tear on the bedsheets. They didn't feel as crisp as i would expect.

breakfast included plain rice and toast. the buffet provided eggs, but only one style. there was also plain yogurt available, alongside halved bananas and cucumber. i did see a few cereals too.

the two-bedroom apartment offered ample space and two bathrooms. the full-size refrigerator was very convenient. the air conditioning and wifi worked without issue. the apartment included a washing machine and a dishwasher, both very functional.

the pool provided a great space to swim. the front desk staff were helpful and cute. they arranged a taxi to incheon airport for us. the hotel's 24-hour convenience store across the street was useful.

The location is near insadong culture street. I found it easy to reach restaurants and the subway. a few tourist sites are within walking distance. insadong and ikseondong are also steps away (i really enjoyed the proximity to these areas!).
